Cuttin

Hey guys just a quick one. Im Currently wishing to cut back some fat and i was wondering if i could achieve this through pure cardio and diet! Unfortunatly i will not have the option of being able to push weights. I have access to a stationary bike which will be my source of cardio. 40 min sessions are what i intend on doing. I can also keep my diet strict. If u require a post up of my diet i can also provide.

Cardio and diet is the perfect way to lose fat mate ! weights just help you keep hold of your muscle, if your not bothered about muscle and just want to lose weight then cardio and a calorie controlled diet is the way forward.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

You will lose some muscle with not doing weights.

How come you cannot do weights, can you not go to a gym? ? ?

not really practicle cos im in the navy.Im off2 sea for 2weeks and the only real equipment is the bikes now. Plus time factors. Its a pain in the arse to be honest! How about if i keep my protein intake high-will this prevent me losing all the hard work ive been putting in? Keep protein high-fat moderate and carbs low?
