Couple of questions.

WS4SB has you running an ME upper and lower day, RE upper and DE lower so my week looks something like this:
M - ME LOWER
W - RE UPPER
T - DE LOWER
S - ME UPPER
How best do you reckon I should add my cardio in to this? Should I do two or three days of HIIT? I could do cardio on my DE lower day and obviously I've got all those rest days. Any advice? I obviously want to maintain strength and muscle so would three sessions be too much cardio?
Secondly on workout days I'm meant to only eat carbs in my first meal and around my workout, with half of those coming post-workout. Does a cardio day count as a workout day? Do I need to slam a massive whey/dex/malto shake down me after 20 mins HIIT? Should I be getting something in me though? Like a scoop of whey and simple carbs to tide me over until I get home and eat? What does everyone else drink after cardio on a cut?
