Cutting Diet Suplements: TT help needed!

Hiya,

Well tried to get some help from a mate to do a cutting diet as think that is was is letting me down to get to my target and he suggested the followin¨:


7:00 AM Breakfast
2 Slices Wholemeal
3 Large Egg Whites
200g Low Salt/Sugar Baked Beans
1 Apple

Supplements
1xMultiVit
200mg Caffeine, 1xSida Cordifolia
TOTAL 393.0 KCAL, 72.0 CARB, 27.6PROT, 3.8FAT

10:00 AM Snack
20g MP Unflavoured Whey
50g Oats
50ml Sugar Free Crusha
200ml SemiSkimmed Milk

TOTAL 355.0KCAL, 41.7CARBS, 28.7PROT, 8.8FAT

1:00 PM Lunch
50g Brown Rice
150g Grilled Chicken Breast
30g Sweetcorn
200g Domlio Light

Supplements
200mg Caffeine, 1xSida Cordifolia
TOTAL 446.0KCAL, 64.4CARB, 43.4PROT, 3.4FAT

4:00 PM Snack

20g MP Unflavoured Whey
200ml SemiSkimmed Milk
50g Oats
50ml Sugar Free Crusha
TOTAL 355.0KCAL, 41.7CARBS, 28.7PROT, 8.8FAT

7:00 PM Dinner
1 x Tin Tuna
200g Domio Light
30g Sweetcorn
Muller Lite

TOTAL 208KCAL, 21.6CARBS, 29.4PROT, 5.4FAT

10:00 PM Before Bed
20g Calcium Caseinate
100ml No Sugar Crusha
(mix with approx 300ml water)
(Have some steamed/boiled leafy vegetables here)
TOTAL 80KCAL, 1CARBS, 18.6PROT, 0.2FAT

TOTAL 1757.0KCAL, 241.4CARBS, 157.8PROT, 30.2FAT

What do you think of diet?

also, im a bit wary of the caffeine and ephedrine supplements. Ive spent the last two months trying to quit drinking coffee due to the fact taht i dont think caffeine is very good for you. will it undermine my efforts in cardio and cutting not to take it or will it enhance them that much??

    there is a lack of quality fat
    some iffy food choices
    very high carbs for cutting
    where is running and weights in the schedule?
