High protein, low carbs and fats worked for me. Take flakseed oil as a fat supplement. Do a carb loading day once a week to keep energy up.

    worked for me.

Make sure after ur workout ur eating low carbs n fat and high protein. Ur body might store an excess of carbs, and ur not gonna burn it out while u sleep.
But im no nutritionalist, so that's just my thinkin

What is your policy on dieting and cardio? I mean I am trying to lose 14 pounds of fat, but I don't want to lose the little muscle I feel I have. So what do you do with regards to training on the same day and whatnot? I would love to go hell for leather with cardio, but still need to train muscles of course. I am getting about 200grams of protein a day.

Tempted, You always lose a little muscle when cutting thats life, however make sure you lose no more than 2lb a week and keep lifting heavy to maintain your mass.. If you are sheding more than 2lb a week just tweak your carbs up a little, also try to eat the majority of your carbs in the morning or early afternoon not in the evening.. Bingo you'll get shot of some of that fat... Also try a cycle method of say 4 weeks cutting then have a break but eat clean during your break period(this way you will lose fat slowly but perm)... Hope this helps... Oh do Cardio 4 days a week(should be enough).....30-40min..... Have Fun
