Looks ok, but I think you'll be better off with oatcakes rather than ricecakes for more sustained energy

Hi jar2006 - just out of interest why do you think he shouldnt cutt if he is 13% a lot of that could be fat right?

i started dieting a lot harder and cutting out a lot of carbs (cutting i suppose) when i was in london and starting seeing some results. I was 14st and 25%ish bf. its funny because people use to say to me i looked built and was genetically gifted etc etc when the truth of the matter is i just use to be selective in the tops that most complimented my frame. i have mobs which i hate and a bit of a belly but good arms and wide shoulders but todayy both of these seem to looking smaller as well because of my carb cuttting

anyway 4 years ago i was 20%bf and around 12 and a half stones and met the love of my life. she hated how thin i was and i went crazy at the gym and went up to 14stones with a increase in muscle and in fat and woooo everyone said i looked better and i use to get so much morre attention but the moobs still bothered me and now im trying tto cut down again. i dnt have access to weighing machine as living in a hotel abroad at the moment but people that know me from before are already saying they preffered the way i looked before even though i had a bit of a belly. These are mostly chicks as well....

    what the hell to do??

sorry for rabbiting on but your comment was quite interesting

I asked for his bf% so I'd have some idea how he's looking. 13 stone at his height is not alot in my opinion unless his bf is very low.if so then he'd not be looking at cutting.  I was a little over 12.5 stone when I started training and am not as tall as he is. I bulked for quiet a while and tried putting on size before I though about cutting.
    Everyone is different though.
    What height are you mate?
