Cutting Question

I haven't bulked up yet, so i know im a long way before i need to consider about cutting. But im here to learn and was thinking about BBing as a whole. I realise we bulk, then cut, and so on.

My question is: When we cut, as well as fat, do will we also lose some of the muscle mass too?

I dont know the answer to this, but my guess is that we do. I ask this because theoritically i'd like to get to the size i want to be, then cut, and maintain myself at that size. This is feasible right? i wont 'keep' having to bulk after every cut, right?

i imagine if you kept your protein intake high, you wont loose a great deal..

Pain is merely a part of life, to be embraced and understood, not crushed.

Happy. I know myself well, and i know my target / goal. True, some people may feel differently at the time, but i have my target size and im intent on sticking to it.

You will possibly lose some muscle.

However, diet, cardio, training and also timing of the diet and certain macronutrients will be the key to maintaining as much lean mass as possible.
