Cutting and Cardio

Been cutting for a while now, and i have to say, im absolutely knackered..

Cardio every day has really begun to take its toll on my legs... and im fcuked....

Also i cannot run to save my life..

I have the correct footwear.. but for the life of me i get pains everywhere, soles of feet, ankles, shins, calves, thighs..

I really want to be a good runner, but cant seem to manage it at all..

Ya Couldnt Bate it with a Ssssstick

    You have been running ??

Low intensity uphill walking is better for cutting mate.

if your holding water then your shins and calves etc will be pumped quicker.

are you natural or using aas to cut ?

How much have you actually been doing?

Running is one sport you cannot do unlimited amounts of, plus what is your diet like?

Fast walking is easier on the joints and legs than running and better for lipolysis first thing on a morning.

My diet is nailled... i got the go ahead from tt etc...

    Im on clen and eph..

Although over the last 2 weeks ive had about 5 bad days. just not in the form for it

And as for craving them bloody carbs on the clen, its a right killer!!!

I think im dissapointed with my results so far, i think put too much pressure on myself to loose weight for the holidays, didnt give myself enough time

cutting and a calorie deficit is hard enough. running is hard, even harder when your carb intake is so low

running is a demanding sport in terms of performance and you dont have the right environment to be a good runner

run in the afternoon on a 80% carb diet and fuel correctly and you will be fine

as for the injuries, grass will be more forgiving although you simply maybe better off using low impact activities for cardio if the impact is such an issue

you cant be an efficient machine when dieting, period

    That is so true...

I usually try to go for a run on the beach, because the weather is so nice.. But i may just stick to cycling...

As for cravings on clen, is there anything i can do? I wasnt craving anything on EPH, i have some bad days lately, its actually getting me down.. im not in the shape i thought i would be for my holidays, and my confindence is actually starting to be affected

You might want to try Hoodia.

TT recommended it to me and it does a very good job in controlling your cravings.

Running is intense and you have to build up very slowly, unlike other cardio where within a month you can be doing 30-40 mins most mornings. I have been a distance runner and know how easy it is to get injured.

Are you flat footed or have a slightly sunken arch? That could explain some of the pain.
