Cutting but have gained weight

Hi guys, been cutting for a while and gone from 16stone to the lowest being 14st 8 losing an average of 2-3lb a week, except for the 2 weeks after my son was born. This week i seemed to have gained weight yet the only thing in my diet that has changed was the inclusion of alri hyperdrive 3.0. Im doing 4 days ss c.v. am and 3 weight sessions a week. iI have a cheat meal on a saturday night which is usually a nice meal and a desert. What do u think i could tweak in my diet?

7.00 25g nutrisport 90+
7.30 50g oats, 20g raisins, cinammon, 4 whites 1 whole egg, 1 high strength green tea, 1 cissudrol
10.00 500g fat free fromage frais, 1 apple, 2 oatcakes, 2 high strength fish oils
1.00 150g chicken, 30g pasta, green veg
3.45 30g whey, 50g boditronics whey, 1 apple, 2 fish oil, 1 cissusdrol
5.15 train
6.00 50g nutrisport 90+
7.00 150-20g red meat, 20-30g carbs from potato/sweet pot/pasta/couscous/ and veg
9.30 30g boditronics whey, 2 tablespoons flax seeds,
11.00 200g cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1 cissusdrol

    full stats fella, you on cycle as thats a lot of protein

    no natural and im 6ft1 and weigh 14stone 10 or 11 scales keep changing lol!

    once a week on a sunday morning usually, but weight was up this sunday morning and weight hasnt gone down since

    measurements taken as well? photos?

    i would say drop protein slightly in the meantime and crack on for another few weeks

    you train for aesthetics so numbers mean squat, just go by the look and feel

    btw wheres your routine and how long is your sscv for

    40 mins steady state but if i dont have time first thing do a 20 min HIIT session instead. And do cardio of non weight training days.
    Have an injury with my IT Band so cant squat or deadlift, been like it for quite a few months, so in the last 2 weeks have changed to an upper/lower/upper split as was getting bored of chest/tris, back/bi's and legs/shoulders. This has actually helped with the injury. Have about 60secs rest bewteen sets.
