Cutting diet advice please

Stats:
18, 6' 0", 100kg

Aim:
Lose 10kg in fat

Duration:
10-12 weeks

Training:
weights 3 times a week, 2 days compunds 1 day isolations.
HIIT 2-3 times a week (15 mins a session)
AM cardio 3-6 times a week

Diet:
8.30 - black coffee

8.40 - 40-50 mins jog

10.00 - 3 weetabix w/ semi skimmed milk + 30g whey

12.30 - 2 slices wholemeal bread + 4 eggs (2 yolk)

13.00 - 1/2 banana

13.15 - Train (HIIT or weights)

14.30 - 1/2 banana + 30g whey

16.00 - 30-40g carbs from rice/couscous/pasta with chicken breast/tuna + veg

19.00 - salmon fillet with salad

21.30 - tub of quark / cottage cheese + tsb peanut butter

23.00 - 30g whey or casein blend shake + handfull of nuts (pine/cashew)

EDIT: Approx totals - C - 130g P - 215g F - 70g Cals - 1800
Looking at this maybe I should add more protein + increase cals to over 2000?



Any suggestions?

I may have 1 day a week were I increase the carbs a bit.

    looks ok to me, run it and see how you feel

    HIIT Cardio i would limit to once per week though and up the SSCV in place

    Im looking to increase fitness as well whilst on this cut, would more HIIT sessions make me more likely to go catabolic?
