Cutting diet after advice!

After some advice, have changed diet. I have had to adapt TT's diet to my lifestyle cos i only have time to train in the mornings so that messes up one of my carb meals.... and yes i know there isnt much of a gap between cardio and weights but aint got time to do it later. So any thoughts? How i can i improve it? Or is it ok? I am 5'11 and weigh 81kg at 13%-14% body fat (higher than i thought!). Usually there are the oats in the morning, then a carb meal before workout if you train later in the day but i dont have the time to go gym later so how can i go round this pre workout second carb meal? Is the oats after cardio enough? Or should i drop the am cardio and do it at night? but it wont have same effect as first thing in the morning will it? Any help would be great guys. Thanx.

    Looks good.

Up the fibrous carbs, i.e. vegetables, add these to protein and fat meals.

Lose the protein shake before bed, replace with solid lean protein or casein blend or casein based food, i.e. cottage cheese, quark.

Perfect, how much quark? 250grams? or less? Plus ive always wondered about sweeteners like splenda? Do the calories in these count? i know they dont cause insulin release but does your body actually use these calories. I usually usse sugarfree chocolate sauce on quark which is sugar and fat free. Is this fine? Thanx so much OoOGazOoO, i will let u know how it goes. Will be posting before and after pics in a few weeks time.

Replace the protein grams from the last meal with the same amount, just use quark instead.

    Splenda is low in calories.

    No probs.

Not that I know a great deal about what constitutes a good cutting diet, but it looks like too much food to me, the portion sizes look on the high side. I appreciate you have broken it down quite well and probably know the amount of carbs, protein and fats you should have, but it just seems too much especially considering your present bodyweight.

I'm a fair bit heavier and don't eat anything like the size of portions you do (I'd post my diet, but I guess it is copyrighted material and the guvnor of MT might not appreciate it).

All this said, I have been known to be wrong before

    2088 calories isn't a lot for someone 81 Kilos.

Carbs are in place for PWO and are fairly constant throughout the day.

well i usually eat a lot more and i didnt put on any weight! And thats for cutting. If i was bulking.... i would probably double that. but my weight loss has stoped and gazooo suggested a few things which have helped to reshape the diet hopefully to boost weigth loss again. Im doing it with no ECY or clen cos wanna see how far i can go without help, just hard work. I think i wasnt having enough fats before and i must of been eating at maintenence calories or god knows why weight loss stopped?
