Remove the whey from 11.30 meal and go with solid food.

17.00 add healthy fats and fibrous carbs from veg.

Bring 00.00 meal forward to 23.00 so you are not going 4 hours without food, food is fine in that meal though.

Lose the OJ on PWO for training days, just stick with the oats .

    few Q's though mate

Remove the whey from 11.30 meal and go with solid food.
thanks but its a convinance meal, 2 scoop of whey e/d is only 40g out of 320g

17.00 add healthy fats and fibrous carbs from veg.
hmm on this one... apples are as fiberous as say the same ammount of broccoli/bannana is there really a need to change it...? also is there really a need for more fat? why?

Bring 00.00 meal forward to 23.00 so you are not going 4 hours without food, food is fine in that meal though.
lol didnt notice that... 4 hours without food wood never happen is probably more of a 11:30 meal asleep at 00:00

Lose the OJ on PWO for training days, just stick with the oats .
the OJ not for carbs (only like 15g in 200ml) just flavour. why would you remove it?

Ok, well if you have to keep the whey and liquid cals for convenience then replace with casein blend.

17.00 meal, perhaps add a few more carbs, i.e. another piece of fruit or veg.

    23.00 meal is fine.

Well some people dont like simple sugars on a cut PWO, if you like it and its for taste, leave it in.
