Cutting diet critique please

As above.

Diets been all over the place lately due to work commitments, but have been cutting for about 4 weeks with decent results. Started at just over 14st, now around 13st 6lbs (approx 15% bf)

Typical days diet is as follows -

8:00 get up ! ECA stack + Coffee or Tea with a little skimmed milk

8:30 45 mins SS Cardio on spin bike

9:30 Breakfast
30g whey + 10g flax powder + water
50g Porridge or All Bran in skimmed milk (handful of raisins)

11:30
100g chicken breast or 1 tin mackeral in tom sauce on 1 slice wholemeal toast

1:30 Lunch
Usually a sandwich (salad + chicken, ham, or cheese)
piece of fruit

3:30
100g chicken + coleslaw in a wrap or 3 oat cakes + 100g cottage cheese

4:00 Pre work out shake (30g whey + 10g flax powder + 5g leucine)

4:30 TRAIN

6:00 PWO shake (50g whey + 50g wms + 5g leucine)

6:30 Evening meal
Whatever the wife makes (usually meat + veg)

9:00
this varies usually oat cakes or multigrain ryvita with cottage cheese + peanut butter
sometimes chiken
sometimes 3 scrambled eggs on toast

11:30 bed (have 60g bedtime extreme shake on w/o days)

Also take creatine + taurine pre w/o
and about 10 fish oil caps spread throughout the day

Seems to be doing the job at the moment, but any suggestions for improvement welcome, cheers.

Pre workout - reduce the whey slightly and add some carbs from oat cakes or a banana, etc...

11.30pm - That sounds quite a lot. How much protein does that provide you with? ? ?

    Thanks for the response Gaz...

I reckon the 11:30 meal is about 25g protein

I'll drop the pre w/o to 20g whey, pre w/o carbs are in the 3:30 meal (oatcakes)

Also forgot to mention I do usually eat a banana just before or during training.

looking at it, it does seem a lot for a cutting diet, but I plan to reduce carbs later on (will be peri workout once fat loss slows down).

Also do about 20mins HIIT on non training days.

sorry mate didn't see the "pm"

MP's website quotes 43.3g protein for a 60g serving of Bedtime Extreme. I use this as I'm a big sleeper ! as you can see from my diet its a full 10 hours between this and breakfast. I only take it on training days at the moment, do you think cutting back on this would help ?
