Cutting diet critique please

Hi there current diet lookes like this:
7.00
50g whey in water 1 small bowlof Ready Brek
10.00
Handful of mixed nuts and raisins and 1 apple
12.00
1 tin of tuna, bromn rice and mixed veg spoonful of peanut butter
15.00
Handful of mixed nuts 1 banana
20 mins pre to training
1 banana
17.00
Train
Post training around 18.30
50g whey in water
19.30
1 tin tuna brown rice mixed veg spoonful of peanut butter
22.00
300g of cottage cheese
14 stone with around 20% body fat, and wanting to cut.
Thankyou for any thoughts/help

    Looks a little bland, not much variation and lack of omega 3s.
