Cutting diet

Would be interested in your thoughts of this cutting diet that I'm on.

wake - 2 weetabix, whey in water
10:30 - apple, whey in water, 3 fish oil caps
12:30 salmon, three potatoes, tomoto salsa
15:00 banana, whey in water, 3 fish oil caps
17:45 three weetabix, whey in water
PWO - whey in water / dextrose
21:00 - chix breast w/ loads of spinach and runner beans
Bed

Any ideas how to improve it? I'm currently sitting at just over 12 stone at 5'9 and approx 15% at a guess.

Weight train 3 times a week - full body routine (madcow advanced)
Footy twice a week on non training days
unfuelled early morning cardio on non training days.

Cheers in advance.

Dead: 210Kg (5 plates so close grr!)
Squat: 5x150kg

My immediate thoughts are - too much whey and not enough solid food.

Forgot to add, the fruit and veg portions vary (ie. not always bananas, spinach and runner beans!)

Is there a good reason why 5 weetabix a day is too much?
    Cheers.

There is a lack of healthy fats in there.

    Lots of whey too.

Maybe look at replacing some of the whey with solid, lean protein.
