Cutting diet - please check.

7.30am
3 x egg whites and 2 whole egg omlette
Muti Vit
Glucosamine
Omega 3 6 9
Flaxseed Capsule H&B
1 large glass OJ

10.00am
First 1/2
30g protein
30g dextrose
Fruit

12.00 pm
1 can tuna
or
150g turkey breast
1 Wholemeal pitta
lettuce
1 Apple

3:00pm
Second 1/2
30g protein
30g dextrose
Fruit

4:45pm
Mackerel on toast
5g creatine

6.00pm PWO shake
30g soy protein
40g dextrose
5g gultamine
3g Leucine

NON WORKOUT DAY
30g Soy protein
30g dextrose
3g Leucine

7.00pm
Large rump steak
or
150g chicken breast
or
150g turkey breast
or
fresh fish ( cod or haddock ) all with a combo of below
basmati rice
pasta
large salad
white rice
potatoes
Broccoli
Sweet corn
Peas
Mixed veg
home made chilli ( never gonna stop )

8.30pm
1 can of mackerel or tuna on toast
Flaxseed Capsule H&B
Omega 3 6 9

9.30pm mixed nuts

10.00pm Tuna.

Lots of water throughout the day.

    Looks prety decent id probly just add a couple more eggs in the morning and probly drop one of the shakes.

    I am doing 30 mins cardio 4 x a week.

    7.30am - Lose the egg yolks, up the egg whites and add carbs from weetabix, oats, etc...

    10am - Why dextrose here? ? ?

    3pm - As above.

    9.30pm - Add the mixed nuts with the tuna at 10pm.

    are you doing the cardio in the morning before eating?

    (I am struggling with cutting at the moment)
