Cutting diet - please critque

7:00am - Quark (1 tub) & 50g oats.

(walk the dog for half and hour)

10:30am - Sugar free jelly/whey & table spoon of flax (off the spoon....yum....)

12:30pm - 50g cous cous - tin of tuna (or chicken) mixed veg (onion, asparagus, mushrooms & celery)

2:30pm - Apple - Almonds or teaspoon of PB

4:30pm - pre workout - Another jelly/whey

(walk the dog again)

5:30pm gym

7:00pm PWO shake 30g whey 30g glucose

9:00pm - Chicken Salad

11:00pm - Quark with Flax (tablespoon)

This obviously is not set in stone, but is roughly the times and sort of foods i am eating.

Currently 13 stone 6 @ 14% bf approx (4 parts of the 6 pack can be seen lol)

How does it look?

Drop the quark and oats before the walk, make it a fast walk.

When you stop walking then have the quark and the oats.

10.30am meal not a lot of protein, up protein and fats here.

2.30pm meal add protein, keep apple and peanut butter.

Pre workout, slow release, complex carbs and solid protein an hour to an hour and a half before training.

Up the whey PWO, lose the glucose, add more carbs to PPWO.

    Thanks for the input mate,

I manage to squeeze 45g of protein into the whey/jellys so these are stacked with protein. I will add more fats to the the 10:30am meal, but i thought a table spoon of flax would be enough? How much more should i be looking for?

I will add some more protein to the 2:30pm meal also.

I was leaving the carbs out pre work out to try to get my body to dip into it's own stores to fuel the workout rather than feed it carbs to fuel it - i take it this is wrong though, lol.

Thanks again, never stop learing in this game

Ah right if ther's 45 grams in the jelly thats good.

Make sure fats are in good supply if carbs are lowish.

You can leave carbs out pre workout if you wish, you may want to take ECA or something before though to give you a boost if you do leave carbs out.
