Cutting: help!

Stats: 6'2" 194 pounds 10-12%bf

Hi all, im running a simple cycle:

1-10 500mg/wk Sust
1-10 50mg/day Proviron
7-10 50mg/EOD Winstrol

right now i am on week 7 and have seen some decent results (12 pounds and litte water)
and have just started the winny.

My goal is to cut the most a i can within the next month. so i'm gonna definately bump de winny to 50mg ED.

i'm also considering ECA, but i am clueless on how to run this, any suggestions?

I wouldn't use ECA when on juice, too much pressure on heart (making it beat faster and harder whilst on gear is just asking for it to enlarge in my opinion), plus my blood pressure goes through the roof, plus you shouldn't need it as you can cut hard and still have strength 'cos of the juice.

Also, make sure in PCT you do not cut, or you'll lose gains

But use ECA like this: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/ECA_%28Epedrine%2C_Caffeine%2C_Aspirin%29/m_155953/tm.htm

I take 30/400/150 pre workout, gives me energy even on low carbs, and also take every day as an appetite supressive
