Cutting

I am doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then eating afterwards.

Am i ok to weight train in the evening?

Also how much cardio can i do in a week before it classes as over training and effect my muscle mass?

    As long as you keep the intensity low on empty stomach, and your diet is nailed on, and weight training is good, then you should minimize muscle atrophy.

    Cardio 5-6 times per week is fine, 7 days if fine if you wish.

    Weight training in the evening is also fine, just pre fuel correctly.

    I was advised to do interval training for 3 days and then fast walking for another 2 days. Is interval training too much?
