Cutting up for summer diet help!
Hi guys, first post so here goes!
I'm currently 17st 3 and have packed on a lot of muscle over past 3 years, I train 5 times a week with weights - chest Monday, back Tuesday, legs weds, shoulders thurs and arms fri! This has really worked well for me with bulking and my strength is great!
So just wanting to cut now to see all the hard work, just starting cardio properly 3 times a week with half an hour and them some abs before breakfast! So hoping this will help!
My diet consists of 6 to 7 meals a day and normally aim for about 300g protein, 150-200g carbs.
My average day!
Cardio on cardio days
- Oats and protein shake
- tuna and brown pasta
- Tuna and brown pasta
- omelette with 3 yolks and 6 whites dash of skimmed milk
- 2 turkey steaks and sweet potato
- 5 egg whites
- whey protein
Is there anything diet wise I should be changing as well as my new found cardio change?
Any critiques or help would be great, thanks in advance!
I still want my energy from carbs to power thru the weeks, but should I be cutting the straight away?
