Cutting up with superdrol

Hello all

I have decided to use my last cycle of superdrol that i have as part of my cutting up diet,

I have a great protein fat free diet inc 3 whey protein shakes a day and im taking fat burners (melting point) and i do 3 x 3 min rounds of non stop combination punching (on my slam man :) ), follwed byu 3 mins of skipping and if im still up right i have a 10 minute run, i do this every day bar Sunday

I really hammer the weights at the gym as the myth of more reps lower weight myth seems to have been dispelled, so i train heavy and push my self

As i am doin all this to cut a bit after reading and finding it can be used as a cutting up diet as anyone got any reccomendations or experiences they could share with me of how to maximise the gains??

i go away in a month and wanna look the part if you know what i mean

Dont think you should use superdrol for cutting, as it would be a complete waste. Superdrol would be better used when bulking up.
Check out some of my posts regarding Prostanozol or mega zol if you can get it.
Prostanozol is the steroid I have be advised to use whilst cutting.I would imagine that something like this would be better suited for you needs rather than superdrol,Save that until the next time you bulk.

    in short

    superdrol

    - likes high carb environment, cutting doesnt in the main
    - course is too short at 3 weeks
    - some suffer from issues with shins which makes cardio hard

sd also trashes your lipid levels and you need to keep fat intake high. THis might not be compatible with your cutting objectives either.

    Dareel,
Is it your Whey protein or your diet that is "fat free"? If it's your diet, then this is not good for any regimen.15-20% of your calorie intake should be from fats, preferably all "good fats". Check out the articles section for diet advice, or click on Toxic's links.

    Hello mate

No you and others have given me great advice and have transformed my diet completely, i feel better and more motivated than ever now so thankyou for that. I was just told to use Whey protein when cutting along with other things that i had never used e.g EFA'S, etc

i Didn't mean you gave me advice on how many to drink , just to drink it , i used three as it is what it says on teh tub really.

I am a bit concerned now about not having enough fat, i did try and use low fat or non fat products really and i have cut out all junk food.

It is my diet, not fat free but i have really cut down on fatty foods,, i have purchased some EFS's and also Just bought lean extreme which i am going to stack with melting point.

I will have a look at the fatty foods, do tyou have reccomendations at all??
