Halodrol isn't a DS known for slapping on massive amounts of mass. If it's a mass stack then something along the lines of a pheraplex/epistane cycle with a week crossover.

Pheraplex at 30 or 45 mg ed for 6 weeks, dosage depends on starting weight, perhaps 30 if <90kg & 45 if >90kg.

If I am right in understanding Pherplex is the same as the old ErgoMax.

The reason I am trying to avoid SD\Ergo etc is purely because of the 'back pumps', they were unbearable for me

Hence looking for alternatives with less harsh sides(mainly back pumps!)....

So H-Drol is not known to be a good mass builder?...even stacked with another compund?

    similar. Different ratio's of isomers

The two common mass builders are SD and phera. If you do not want to use them, then try something a little milder like epistane. Gains are still good, but not spectacular

    Thanks.

I might bite the bullet and bear the back pumps!

    Wk 1-6 30 mg

PCT Standard Nolva Protocol + Cissus Drol + Xlean.

    Does that sound good.....

Or if I do not want the sides i.e BACK PUMPS!

    Wk 1-8 Standard Epi dose...

Nolva Protocol + Cissus Drol + Xlean PCT....

    How does that sound?

30mg phera is not bad on the back pumps IME, that said I do run 5g a day of taurine alongside so that helps it out, suggest you add it in if concerned, very cheap from my protein

Your cycle sounds good for mass, better than the epi cycle

Cycle sounds good but for outright mass Id have to say PP is the way to go. Im running it at 45mg ed and not really had any side bar the odd spot so far.

Everyone talks about back pumps but I still ant had any. Is it like cramp? I know this sounds stupid but everyone talks about it but I ant never experienced it.

On a side note I think I would opt for AE Mass fx, HD2 and Retain 2 for pct if on a mass stack. CD and X-lean is great if you just wana get test levels up to scratch, retain gains and loose a little fat.

To be fair you're a bigger lad Taz. And a back pump feels like your back is really fatigued and it kind of becomes stiff.
