    you've put some really good size on there, especially your back. you gained 13lbs, increased in size and put on very little, if any, BF so its mostly going to be lean mass, well done mate

    thx jebus.

    I think these gains will be quite keep able. Nearly half way thru PCT and i have only lost something like 1kg.

    Hard to tell tbh because your bf % is quite high.

    You do look slightly bigger, but whether this is muscle/fat/water/glycogen only you will know several weeks after pct when your body has stabilised.

    Shoulders are definatly bigger as are your arms and lats...good work
