Hello, I have been off cycle since January and now feel the time is right for a new cycle :) - training is going well, training hard and making gains - have really had a good look @ my diet (see my diet thread in diet & nutrition section). The reason I have been off so long is that I wanted to give my body a really good break off, also I got bad acne. I have done 2 previous cycle, the first was 500mg sustanon for 8 weeks - the 2nd was a combination of test e, deca and dbol (500mg, 300mg, 30mg e/d respectively) over a 12 week period, dont worry the orals were only for 4 weeks, deca for 10 weeks. I used nolva and clomid for pct and kept most of my gains - moving from 11 stone to 15 stone :)
Anyway, thatâ€™s the background sorted, I'm currently thinking of this cycle:
Test prop 100mg eod for 6 weeks
dbol 40mg ed for 4 weeks
1. Will I avoid acne and the usual side effects by going for this shorter cycle, I have been doing some reading and short cycles seem to be recommended for this reason.
2. I am currently training under a 3 day mass/strength routine, 4x6 sets â€“ I usually train
Monday - lower back, back, biceps
Wednesday â€“ chest, shoulders, triceps
Friday â€“ legs, abs
Weekend - off
Should I train every other day, since recovery would be quicker?
3. PCT? â€“ I have been told to use trib etc for PCT, but I would prefer to play it safe, using nolva and clomid â€“ is that enough, cant have my lad stop working again?
That is pretty much it
