Cycle advice

Hello, I have been off cycle since January and now feel the time is right for a new cycle :) - training is going well, training hard and making gains - have really had a good look @ my diet (see my diet thread in diet & nutrition section). The reason I have been off so long is that I wanted to give my body a really good break off, also I got bad acne. I have done 2 previous cycle, the first was 500mg sustanon for 8 weeks - the 2nd was a combination of test e, deca and dbol (500mg, 300mg, 30mg e/d respectively) over a 12 week period, dont worry the orals were only for 4 weeks, deca for 10 weeks. I used nolva and clomid for pct and kept most of my gains - moving from 11 stone to 15 stone :)

Anyway, that’s the background sorted, I'm currently thinking of this cycle:

Test prop 100mg eod for 6 weeks
dbol 40mg ed for 4 weeks

1. Will I avoid acne and the usual side effects by going for this shorter cycle, I have been doing some reading and short cycles seem to be recommended for this reason.
2. I am currently training under a 3 day mass/strength routine, 4x6 sets – I usually train

Monday - lower back, back, biceps
Wednesday – chest, shoulders, triceps
Friday – legs, abs
Weekend - off

Should I train every other day, since recovery would be quicker?

3. PCT? – I have been told to use trib etc for PCT, but I would prefer to play it safe, using nolva and clomid – is that enough, cant have my lad stop working again?

That is pretty much it

Congratulations on your gains. 11st to 15st is great.
The prop is gonna aggrevate the acne. It is test afterall. Perhaps with it being prop it can be controlled in you stopping if it becomes too harsh.
This business with shorter cycles controlling acne i dont agree with. If you are pre disposed then you will get it. Perhaps getting in and out quickly in the theory but i found then the PCT kicked it off LOL!!
If you are worried then choose a different compound. Plenty out there that wont aggrevate as much as test.

Your training seems to be working for you so i would stick with it dude.

    Why change what obviously works?
From 11st to 15st you do the math..

Mate you are that bothered about acne then dont do the test. Test makes my skin oily no matter what ester is utilised and eventually some spots.
Give the 6 week blast with Prop a try. Stick with nolva and clomid for PCT, i would also use HCG but that is just me.
