Ok GeordieJC's diet is shockingly bad and badly planned Dbol cycle, can't remember seeing much worse

i've totally went into this blind and i accept that but i'm moving on and it's been a massive learning curve.
since i've started, i'm going to to 25mg and extending the cycle to 6 weeks.
i'll buy some milk thistle tonight afterwork.

ok guys,

taken all your feedback on board, i've changed my diet to the following;
i work 12-8 mon-fri

9am- 10am Breakfast; Oats, Whole meal bread, orange and a shake.
10am - 11am workout.
11am - 12noon Rainbow trout (freshly caught my father is a fisherman and i have a regular supply) + shake immediatly after workout
2pm - Tin of Tuna
3pm Jacket potatoe
4.30 - 5pm workout cardio.
5pm Shake
6pm - mixed Fruit- Banana / Melon / Apple / Orange.
8pm - Evening meal either chicken / beef with Veg / Potatoe's / Rice.

i believe its an improvement non the less.

Still not enough food! How many cals is it & grams of carbs/protein/fats? <<<< If you dont know the answer to that without checking then stop the dbol now.

*sigh* I've been seeing way too many of these lately. As mentioned, not even sure where to start. I guess, as the saying goes, if you've got nothing good to say, don't bother.

Please, just look into what you're doing. Research some decent diet plans. Find your macros and get a good routine sorted. If you don't do this, the cons outweigh the pros.

Best of luck.

Like he said, hes new. He hasnt signed up to these forums for a lecture, he wants advice. so help him out lads. Thats basically what most people come on bodybuilding forums for. I for one need advice for things and come on here to ask for help. he cant really talk to his friends and family about using steroids, he needs advice from people who have experience, and this would be the best place for him to get it.

I'd seriously stop the dbol now mate even with a decent diet. Give it 3-6months naturally and see if the diet is working before running dbol.

Post the new diet you have come up with from the recommended changes?

And also yes you want about 4-5k calories as ALHADO said your current diet looks more like a cut, unfortunately.

Just want to point out that not everyone will cut/gain/maintain on the same calories.  I think he should make gradual adjustments rather than a massive jump from a couple thousand calories to 4-5k!

Members have made the massive jump before and end up gaining much more bodyfat than anticipated.

Of course, there's a few different schools of thought as to what's best protocol with regards to gaining mass, i.e., the whole strict cut/mass bulk, 'lean bulk', etc. etc.  See what works best for you.

Hi irdan,

Can you give some rationale around why i should stop the dbol now so i can make an informed decision. (obviously you've said due to die but why ?)

i'll post my new diet up tonight when im finished work.

chances are mate if you get your diet improved you will see natural gains pretty quickly and these will most likely be more keep able as they will be backed by what you need to keep them (a decent diet). there is a decent chance even if you did make gains on dbol they would not be maintainable with the diet you originally posted (why take chances with you health if you dont need to)

Mainly as above mate, so you can get a diet that works for you and know you are making gains from which will be boosted by the dbol to gain more instead of trying to find whats right whilst using steroids. Money saving and first cycle is always your biggest gains; do you want to waste them?

thats looking much better  a few suggestions i would make. with the 8:30 meal use 2 whole eggs rather than 4 whites (yokes contain lots of good stuff and taste good). would probably switch the carb sources of the 11am meal with the carb source of the 4pm. don't know what time you go to bed but could stick a whey shake with milk before bed to avoid going 12 and a half hours without protein.

I think that a majority of the comments are advice, leave the DBOL for now until you've got advice in other areas. Crawl before you walk and all that. Sure, some comments are just negative and unwarranted, but, I see what people are saying. I guess you're right in a sense though.
