Double your water intake mate, to atleast 6 litres a day
 
You eat at 4 then at 8..try get something at 6, even if its only a shake and a bit of fruit.
 
Then have a shake in milk before bed to keep you ticking over through the night.
 
Over than that not too bad ;-)

Thanks I'll drink more water, for the last few hrs I've felt very lathargic and sickly I've started taking milk thistle today wonder what could be causing it ?

Yep thats dbol sides, hence why I don't use it :-)

Like he said, hes new. He hasnt signed up to these forums for a lecture, he wants advice. so help him out lads. Thats basically what most people come on bodybuilding forums for. I for one need advice for things and come on here to ask for help. he cant really talk to his friends and family about using steroids, he needs advice from people who have experience, and this would be the best place for him to get it. 


He's being given good advice.  Stop and rethink.

Yep thats dbol sides, hence why I don't use it :-)

fingers crossed the sides don't outweigh the gains , we'll see in a few weeks, i've noticed gains already.
 
i've also cut down from 50 mg to 25mg / day therefore i have 5 weeks left of the cycle.
