DBOL Diet

Hi all,
 
my current diet typically looks like this daily;
Breakkie : Cerial, Toast & Fruit.
Lunch : 1 x Tin Tuna, Jacket potatoe + Veg, OR Chicken / Rice. & Plenty VEG
Tea : Chilli & Rice or Chicken & Rice or Pasta & chicken & plenty VEG
3 x whey protein shakes (63g protein)
3 or 4 L of water to combat dbol liver toxin.
 
i know its far from ideal so what changes do you reccomend & why ?

    Breakfast - 7.30 AM 
      
    Porridge oats, 2 slices of wholemeal toast, olive oil spread, and a orange or apple. Also have a small 200ml protein shake 
      
    2nd food intake - 10.00 AM 
      
    Brown rice with broccoli, or a 250g tub of cottage cheese or a low fat, low sugar yoghurt with a banana
      
    Lunch - 12.00/13.00 PM 
      
    Chicken breast salad sandwich on wholemeal bread or swap the chicken for tuna 
      
    Dinner - 15.00 PM 
      
    You should now be having a tub of cottage cheese (250g) if you havent had one already today. I also sometimes enjoy a small portion of high iron vegetables to keep the energy up, like steamed spinich or silverbeet, or boiled brocolli florets 
      
    Before Training - 16.00/17.00 PM 
      
    If you are training at around this time then have another small protein shake, around 250ml of water 
      
    After Training - 18.00 PM 
      
    This is the most important shake you will be having in the day, it is crucial to have this as soon as you finish training to pump protein straight into your broken down muscles straight away. I have 3-4 scoops of whey powder, 400ml of milk, 4 egg whites and a banana. Mix all in a blender and add water untill drink worthy. If you dont like to drink the eggs, then scramble them with one egg yolk and have that with your shake. 
      
    Tea - 19.00/20.00 PM 
      
    Chicken breast, steak or fish fillet of around 300g. Have this with fresh vegetables or new potatos, also add a small portion of brown rice or couscous

    lol, its not as expensive as you think mate. hows the dbol cycle going? and how much u taking?

    Hiya bud, I'm on 50mg a day 3rd day of week 1 of 3 weeks I'm considering reducing to 25mg per day and extending the cycle to 6 weeks doing triceps tomorrow biceps Thursday and shoulders Friday already done chest back and legs. I hope the pct retains half the gain fingers crossed , how about you ?

    doing my 1st dianabol cycle on monday pal, im doing 25mg for 7 weeks. few friends have done that cycle and got good gains. from what ive seen, d-bol isnt as bad as what people say it is for losing gains. i think its when you take a high dose for a short period of time when that most likely happens. What are you running with the d-bol at the minute? and what you gonna use for pct?

    sweet, well that diet i put up is what ive been doing for about 6 month now and its done me good without roids, so if you can fit it in to your diet mate then give it a try. you not using any liver protection?

    Ok GeordieJC's diet is shockingly bad and badly planned Dbol cycle, can't remember seeing much worse

    Geordiejc Stay off the dbol and work on your diet/training for a bit first 
     
    If that's what you're eating while on dbol , id hate to see what you ate before it.

    lol, its my 1st D-bol cycle too. but ive been training and dieting a while (girth) 25mg for 7 weeks sound about right?

    25-30mg for 6 weeks, milk thistle or liv52 should be minimum liver support, possible AI for on cycle and either Nolva or Clomid for PCT

    This.  If your knowledge of nutrition is so rudimentary, then I don't think you should be thinking of steroids at this point of time.

    Why have you started running dbol without having the basics in place first?
     
    Moaning about the cost of food yet buying steroids? You'd gain a lot more training naturally with a decent diet than you will eating roughly one meals worth of food throughout the day and some dianabol.

    ok guys,
     
    taken all your feedback on board, i've changed my diet to the following;
    i work 12-8 mon-fri
     
    9am- 10am Breakfast; Oats, Whole meal bread, orange and a shake.
    10am - 11am workout.
    11am - 12noon Rainbow trout (freshly caught my father is a fisherman and i have a regular supply) + shake immediatly after workout
    2pm - Tin of Tuna
    3pm Jacket potatoe
    4.30 - 5pm workout cardio.
    5pm Shake
    6pm - mixed Fruit- Banana / Melon / Apple / Orange.
    8pm - Evening meal either chicken / beef with Veg / Potatoe's / Rice.
     
    i believe its an improvement non the less.

    Because i'm a novice and i've messed up clearly, however im rectifying it but thanks for you superb explicit advice on how to improve my diet..... hmmm
     
    I'm not moaning about the cost of the food i was surprised , there's a difference.
