Out of those 3, i'd take just malto as I believe it's the highest GI so will be absorbed fastest.
I think Fructose has a GI around 30-40? which is pretty low.
Dextrose is pretty high and good for PWO, also 80% as sweet as sugar if you like a sweet taste.

    Have you looked at vitargo?

malto or dex are both better than fructose iirc

dextrose for me as its sweeter and i prefer the sweetness of it to the dull flavour of malto

Same here, but I use a mixture of both malto and dextrose for the best of both worlds.

Yeh a 50/50 Dextrose/Malto split is popular........Holland and Barrett dextrose is £1.29 I think for a 500g box and I use Myprotein for the Malto.

    Well vitargo is absorbed faster.
But there's nothing wrong with a good dextrose and malto mix.

How much dextrose do you use? Is it not overly sweet if you use just dextrose?

Although I use a branded product its carb source is maltodextrin and either way I'd prefer this out of those options, if just for the lack of sweetness - other than post workout I'd say oats though.

i use between 40-50g of dex, 2 sccops of whey, 5g l-glut, 5g creatine mono, 400ml skim milk, tastes very nice. [strawberry matrix whey].

BICOS milk isnt really ideal pwo as the lactose etc in it will slow down the rate of absorption of the protein

also if youre using milk it should be pretty high in carbs as well so combining that with dextrose is quite a lot of simple sugars

Any will do really - although i'd favour malto/dextrose as fructose replenishes liver glycogen first IIRC

Over the years i've used dextrose, malto, vitargo and oats - didnt really notice much between them to be perfectly honest.  I've got a sweet-tooth so I usually go with dextrose

    dex too sweet for me
fructose - i would rather eat some ripe fruit or raisins
malto - not bad but i do get bloat issues

vitagro for back and legs with whey

    - whey with a solid meal 45 mins later most other body parts unless i am flush and then more vitagro

    - and the ocasional bag of jelly beans/babies with whey. Yes i know they are also sweet but at lest they taste good and do the same job as dex
