DEXTROSE?

on the tub ive just got it says to take 25g for breakfast and 25g post work out?
when ive been reserching this on the net it says to take 0.25-0.4grams per lb of body weight?
i weigh 238lb so i should be having around 70g post workout?
what do you guys think?

    I mix 40g with my post workout shake, I think any more than that is too much

    I think you should just stick with it at PWO.

    I may be wrong, but i doubt there's any benefit to adding 25g of sugar to your breakfast.

    I was thinking the same thing, I can't think of a reason from a nutritional/performance perspective why anyone would do this, but I may be wrong....

    PWO only is fine, although if you're in a rush for brekkie then a whey and dextrose shake is fine.  Around 40g with whey PWO should be fine
