If a couple have been separated for aprox 14 years, would SHE be entitled to any money from HIM if it was HE filing for divorce?

highly unlikely in taht situation to be honest, unless there were exceptional circumstances.

basicly as EB said they have lived seperate lives for a long long time.

Yes they have, they have no joint anything.
Reason im askin is that its my father in law, he's an old boy now, his wife's a piece of work, and he's worried that altho he's excluded her from his will, she can contest and get at least half of his assets, and believe me, she will!
If they're divorced she has no claim on anything.
We just wanna be sure she dont get no pay out to her on a divorce settlement.
