DNP Fluctuating Doses

Hi All,

I have started my third DNP cycle yesterday after a long time from any PEDs. I started back training in December.

My plan for this year is to initially cut body fat down before starting a clean bulk.

I don't want to get drawn into whether DNP is good or bad, I was hoping that someone with knowledge could comment on the benefits/disadvantages of EOD dosing or even every third day compared to a constant.

Specifically I would like to know that whilst using something like test, you would be looking for stable bloods, as DNP is not a hormone would the daily differences in total amount released to the body have any effect.

I have attached photos of an excel sheet I made showing my four options for my 42 day cycle. It shows dose taken, cumulative amount of DNP in the body and also average amount. Alongside this i will be using 50mg of t3 from the 5th day to the end of the 42nd day.

Ok, so I'm not sure if my original post was covered elsewhere, I couldn't find it. Also not a new member have been on and off here for years, just needed to make a new account.

8 days in and just over 5lbs down, I have increased dose to 750mg and upped additional precautions. The reason for this is due to me being able to handle the sides, although the sweating has increased significantly.

I may adjust the daily dose accordingly as a I reach peak cumulative dose. The reason for the length of the cycle is that I have a wedding to attend on 18th April.

Having 32mg still in my system, would people advise drinking in moderation on this or should I stay sober?

Also I have been looking into cardarine gw-501516 to potentially add to the end of the DNP cycle and continue use for 12 weeks on 4 weeks off, whilst I start my AAS cycle.

Has anyone had any experience on this, research so far seems conflicting and first hand accounts seem to be from the sites selling the items.

Latest DNP cycle is! now with 50mcg T3 daily

You seem to have some awfully specific figures in mind when in reality there is no reliable data available showing the typical pharmacokinetics of DNP and its variability.

Regardless, I will say that if you need 750mg of DNP a day it's probably underdosed.

I would advise against drinking on DNP. Of course one beer won't kill you but I recommend caution. DNP causes dehydration and alcohol is just throwing gasoline on the fire.

I myself would save the DNP for my days off the gym, the hit on performance is too great.

In regard to the pharmokinetics, I was loosely basing the formula on a 36 hour half life of the drug. Whilst this may be slightly different depending on the person I figured it was a good place to start.

As far as sides: days are bearable, the only issue is nights in which I am alternating between 10-20mg of Valium and diphenhydramine. The other major one is shortness of breath, which whilst a pain is not effecting work and a yellow tinge in the eyes. Only a couple of comments already. Loose stools is another but could this just be down to insufficient fibre.

With regards to the gym I am taking sessions very lightly as due to illness I have been unable to fully train in excess of a year. I'm managing 3 light all body sessions per week and also Pilates daily to increase core strength.

    At the beginning I was roughly 81kg (12st 10lbs)
    Aim is to be 73kg (11st 7lbs)

Then considering ghrp and ghrh and as mentioned Cardarine to bridge into AAS

I appreciate your input Uriel, so how does that sound as a rough plan?

Oh and I forgot to add that I will still have potentially 30mg in my system by day 50.

That was my question with regards to drinking, as I am completely alcohol free during the DNP cycle.

Quick update: 750mg for the last 3 days now, starting day 11. So a quarter of the way there. I'm down to 12 stone 2 so that's a further. 5 lbs.

Heat I can control as I'm out in the car a lot with ac on full, window wide open as well as a fan

The only issue for myself is complete shortness of breath, and I mea constantly. On waking, trying to sleep, sitting on a desk. Any advice? I can manage it. According to my calculations, only approximate I know I should have 1150mg in my system and this should peak at 1270mg within anoth week.
I've added the pics from my withings scale, only shows what I've said but it's a feel good factor and is keeping me going ha.

Quick update, a full stone down.

29 days days done out of 42. very happy with the results, managed to get in some suit pant comfortably that I'd been unable to wear a month ago and am on the next buckle hole of my belt :)

Averaging 1/2lb a day, being strict with the diet with possibly two cheat meals per week not terrible ones, just a nandos treat or something. The rest is spot on, going through a whole lot of water so I'm looking forward to coming off and seeing the results after a week when most of the water stored should be gone.

Mixed feelings with the length of the cycle, making me strict with everything which i get a sick pleasure out of. The sweats and lethargy are taking its toll though. overall very positive.

Any thoughts on progress so far? Also thoughts on switching straight to GHRP 2 and GHRH for the long term, would you recommend this straight after the day of the last dose or waiting slightly.

I will continue using the peptides and plan to start a Test and Tren course about 6-8 weeks after finishing the DNP. Calories will remain just below maintenance until a few days before i start the AAS.

As always advise and criticism welcomed in equal measures.

I have run a few cycles myself but yours seem to be pretty thought out... In reality there aren't to many guys who will talk about this stuff either because it's banned a lot of forums or because they don't agree with it. I have ran several cycles over the last few years and I'm still here with good body.. Granted that could change any day god forbid. I don't see another cycle in my future as my main supply has disappeared. Well regarded individual across the board with his price lists but I do believe he is gone... Like someone mentioned above 750mg is extremely high.. Are you taking crystal or powder dnp?
