DNP journal (first ever DNP cycle)

Starting a DNP journal, I will be running it for 7 - 10 days and hoping to lose 6-7 pounds of fat. I am currently 206 pounds at around 11-12% bf and am 5ft 10 and a half :-P

First cap will be tomorrow after training, i plan on training all week as usual, but we will see how I feel, training will have to be lighter as muscle soreness is an issue with DNP.

Wish me luck.

    Prepare to sweat mate!

good luck bro, training will become increasingly hard on DNP as it totally f*cks you! I had to take 4 days off completely (including work!! just laid infront of my fan and sweated) on mine but I was using pretty high doses of the stuff. What are you running 200 or 400mg's? Should be no sweat (pardon the pun)!!

Just drink like there is no tomorrow, DNP is very muscle sparing!

Autiger- It's THE MOTHER of all fat burners but also very dangerous, it's an ATP inhibitor basically forcing your body to raise it's metabolism 20-50%, hence alot of extra heat in your body. it can also kill you quite easily. Also turns your body fluids a pretty bright yellow colour, mine have only just gone back to normal and I stopped on Saturday :)

Thanks aussie, I will be runinng 200mg for 5 days and 400mg for last 2 days...though this may change a little.

Today I took my first cap after training, its 3 hours since I took it and I feel fine...of course it wont kick in fully yet, but i am noticing heat a little..but its probably my mind playing tricks on me.
What doses did you run aussie and what did you lose? Also did you look very flat after dnp before you carb loaded?

    Hiya mate,

I ran for 10 days with doses starting @ 600 and up to 800mg's. It was more an experiement to see how much i could tolerate and still function day to day, well i learned that 600 i'm ok but very warm and easily sweat, 800 not moving much and alot of difficulty breathing, I couldn't speak a sentance without getting out of breathe and i was sweating probably a litre of fluid an hour! I was going to run it for 14days but by day 10 i was pretty violently ill (anything that touched my stomach came straight back up) hence I stopped early. DNP is harsh sh!t as you know!

I was 115kg's after my bulking cycle and about 13% bf. I lost 5kilo's in 10 days (down to about 10% bf) but it was really hard work, my goal is to get to 6% bf so that is about 100-103kg's ripped. So basically it got me half way there but i wouldn't do it again at those doses as it was just far too much hard work. I have my bday this weekend so plan on starting another cycle the following week running probably only 200mg's a day for 14 days (as I get basically no sides what so ever at that dose) combined with a full on keto diet. Last time I ran that I had good results too, about 4kg's in 14 days.

Don't be tempted to up your dose even if your not getting the sides, it usually takes 3 to 4 days for the sides to hit full effect, remember DNP has a halflife of 36hrs so effectively in 3 days time you'll be running at levels close to 600mg's which is alot. Keep us updated bro.

Thanks for that bro, well today is my 2nd day, and I felt like Sh!t when I woke up, very tired and sore throat! Didnt go training, although i plan to do a light arm workout tomorrow morning (fingers crossed). Not sweating at all, only thing is a feel very tired, at least im not in work until Monday, but i know how hard going work is going to be!
Aussie my diet is quite good, protein is high (300 + grams) and carbs are low, probably not above 100g. As long as i lose about 5 to 6 pounds i will be happy.

There are links from some people, but they simply haven't done their research.

DNP passed the AMES test (test for cancer causing agents) every time it has been run, on anything its been run on.

DNP is a phenol, phenols are generally linked with causing cancer...but DNP has so far never been linked to a cancer case.

Dont know mate,i need to research more on it.

I am a little scared about dnp although i will prob do insulin very soon????(dont know why i'm not scared of insulin)

I am around 14 b.f at the minute so a good diet, morn cardio,t3,clen and i should be into single figures again.

The thought of a muscle sparing agent that sheds 5 lbs of b.f in 10 days is very tempting though!!!!!

Today is day 4. Yesterday I took 600mg and today i will take 600mg in total. Last night was quite warm but not sweating. Im really not as hot as i thought i would be, but im not going higher than 600mg. I think this is going to turn out very disappointing.

Thanks chilli, and good luck on your DNP bro, at 200mg you may not feel the sides too much.

This is Day 5, yesterday i only ran 400mg due to feeling ill, but i still wasnt very hot (a little sweaty but thats it)...so far its been..

    Day 1 and 2 = 200mg
    Day 3 = 600mg
    Day 4 = 400mg
So i am going to stay at 400mg for now, since I am also back at work on Monday, I dont want the sides catching up with me.

No weight dropped Red, maybe 1 pound, lol, I cant notice that im holding any extra water, but i should still be losing at least 1 pound every 1 to 2 days. I guess I will only know if its worked after the cycle.
