Iwould like to do a 10 cycle of dnp,
Do you have to make up the caps your self or are they ready made?
And what make are the crystals ones?

you can get the raw material as its used as an industrial chemical in quite a few things. its not made buy any pharms i believe so its capped underground so to speak, with an average content of 200mg per cap. if you did cap yourself you would need to be careful of getting the dosing correct.

    Hi there Jake,
Basically off work for a year after an accident ,couldn't train either and so weight balloned to 16and half stone.
I couldn't breath properly and body fat went32%.
Managed to get the Doc to allow me to start training again.
Started using clen for two weeks, then eca for two weeks alternating
    and weight started flying off.
Any way read dnp profile on anabolic reviews and saw what could be achieved in ten to 14 days,so i read the threads on here about the stuff and was prepared to take drastic measures to reach my goal.
I am now 13 stone and 15% bf and still can not see my six pack yet.
I think im prepared to walk that extra mile to get to a single figures
I just need to get more info i can back up.

    Hi there Jake,
That was one of my recent questions, what happens when you finish clen/eca stack or come back from a contest.
Does the body try to get back to the same sort of weight?
Or once you are at reasonably level is it easy to maintain.
What are your thoughts on that bro.

depends on diet, there is no rebound weight as to speak when you use clen/eca, if you diet is in excess of cals you will add weight, if not you wont. water weight may differ while using something.
when you have done a contest you want to get bodyfat back up to a normal level, its not healthy to keep it too low imo. again once the comp is over most increase there cals to what they would normally take and weight can increase.

imo you are not experienced enough to be using dnp, i think it should only be used by very experienced BB's/pros even then its not a good idea. people have died using 400mg a day, why they did i cant say but you need to know your 100% health wise before using it. i think for someone who just wants to lose a weight faster when they have time to do it a better way its a no,no!

When i first started looking into dnp was about Christmas time, and your right Snoopy i didn't think i would lose all the weight i had put on,so i was going to take the easy option.
But now with two weeks to go im nearly there with out it, thanks to advise off a couple of guys from this site.
I've got hospital on the 31st of march and hopefully they should be able to fix me.
Then i should be able to cardio again,
