Re:DNP/Slin carb up
Yeah it;s pretty impressive, especially for a weekends work as per the method i used. How long and what dose did you run it at?
High GI foods were french stick, jelly babies, marshmallows, pancakes, oats with golden syrup, bagels with honey/jam, kids cereal.
I now prefer med GI carbs though such as weetabix, pasta salad, granola, homemade bread, baked potatoes, museli. I still fill out just as well using these types of carbs but feel much more satisfied, much less bloated, less lethargic, appetite is more controlled and just feel better in general to be honest. High GI have their place tho, just not necessary for me at the mo.
Add in whey, quark, yogurt, fromage frais for quick/easy protein.
