DOMS.. should i still do training?

Trained monday, got DOMS all over my body and its wednesday now? and my routine is mond/wed/fri, so should i still do weight training even with doms? or what

    i would as DOMS do loosen up once you have strecthed and done a few warm up sets

    you just back from a lay off ?

    I get DOMS if I even throw in a new exercise or even more if I do a new routine. Even if Ive been training hard for months without a break. Id train through them if they arent too bad but dont confuse them with a strain because then ude need to rest.

    aye i know with changing excercises can do that , just kinda got the jist from the way i read it sounds like he just trained first time on monday thats all :P

    Depending how bad the DOMs is just train....

    I assume you do dynamic stretches etc

    but bizarrely enough, they often do not affect your performance on lifts

    DOMS usually indicates that there is still some recovery going on so it would depend where the DOMS is, how bad it is and what you plan to train...?
