Damaged Tub!

I just recieved my bulk order from MP, however one of the tubs which contained 5kg of oats had split open slightly and the contents, approx 50g, had spilled into the packaging box. My concern is, would it still be safe to consume the oats that are in the tub even though the tub has been damaged

if that's your only concern, yes the oats will still be "safe to consume".

Although i'm quite sure they would swap them for you if you asked, i simply could'nt be arsed and would just use them anyway.

If they've simply split in transit it won't make any real difference to them.
