Dapper Laughs gone. Right or wrong?

Some may know that Dapper laughs has been forced to fold due to negative media attention over this short lived TV show and vines.

Sexist, racist or just a riot of a laugh?

IMO a funny funny lad who's probably pushed things a bit far the odd time but nothing that fails to compare with the other comedians in standards.

He should of just stuck to the vines/Instagram posts. The ITV2 Show didn't do him any favours and I can see why it was disliked, I know he has/had a full uk tour of stand up dates which I also think have been cancelled. on the other hand he isn't the only comedian to have bad light on them. Maybe he should of just rode the storm.

The vines were absolutely hilarious but talking about rape so openly in his routines was never gonna be popular.
    A step too far imo.

However.......there are a lot of other comedians that do a similar thing and don't get the bad publicity.

I thought he was funny, the forest gump one in Brixton always makes me laugh.

He's alright. Some people just sit around waiting to be offended.

If people don't like it then why don't they just press the "off" switch?

Never seen him, but Frankie Boyle and Jimmy Carr talk a lot about rape and other controversial subjects in their acts.

I think it's just seen as 'cool' to be ultra feminist on social media these days.

He's got some funny material. No worse than an episode of Family Guy.

Jim Jeffries jokes about rape - difference is he's actually funny.

I think only one of his vines made me laugh and that was the kinky copper one. I actually felt sorry for him in that interview he did with BBC Newsnight. Emily Maitlis was ruthless. Whether or not he was putting on a front because he realised how far wrong he'd gone, I think he genuinely got caught up in the fame and this publicly has been a smack in the face to him.

Watched the whole youtube video, can't say I found any of it funny.

Nothing he does is that bad, he just seems very annoying to me, maybe someone at the top thought the same so just used him being sexist as an excuse.

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

I found him very funny... - it's a shame that so much of the world is being spoiled by left wing c**ts these days.

think he's a t0sser and glad he's gone. The whole 'lad & banter' thing is such a bore in general anyway.

Also as soon as he apologised and bowed to the media outcry he'd dug his own grave and then tried to say 'oh its just a character blah blah'. At least Boyle, Carr et al. stick to their guns even if (in Boyle's case) it led to being sacked from Mock The Week.

I think also the fact that he would go and harass people on the street and think it's funny is just poor, and really isn't funny. Just some d1ckhead thinking he's the dogs gonads IMO

Never heard of this before. Watching some of the compilations now and find it pretty funny. Is this the politically correct heroes that have got it cancelled?
