Today's session very different. Wanted to try something a little different and follow Travis Mash (world champ pler), one of the worlds top strength coaches and currently producing some monster US junior weight lifters so am following a programme devised by him to improve pulling/deadlift
Deficit deadlifts (2.5") with single blue band under bumper plate I'm standing on.
110kg 8x2 (with 60 secs rest per set) working on bracing at bottom and speed
Suit case deadlifts (1 arm) 5" deficit which made this one of the hardest exercises I've ever done - brutal
90kg 3x5 with 60 secs rest.
All above belt less.
