Why do you need to feel a pump in your tri's? just coz they feel pumped doesn't mean they will grow any better. Doing flat press, shoulder press and close grip bench will hammer your triceps plenty and your be lifting more weight with them using these compound moves than if you were doing isolation movements. You could try doing bench dips to replace close grip press as you already have two other pressing movements.
Why are you pyramiding the weight up? if you are using frankies routine? this routine is based around 5x5 or 4x6 with the SAME weight.
