Dbol Duration

Whats the shortest duration for taking dbol to see gains, for example quite a few people advocate taking dbol for 6weeks, were as some say 6weeks is a long time, basically what is a good duration to see the benefits ie to gain strength and size?

    I got some good strength gains out 4 weeks with 20mgs p/d. Not much size though, probably too low of dose.

    4.5 weeks at 30mg/day is giving me good gains (over a kg/week), but leaving me felling pretty rubbish.

    I'm eating like a monster though, and also gaining fat.

    I don`t like to go over 4 weeks personally.

    I prefer quick acting test bases now like prop rather than dbol as I hate the poo feeling I get on it.

    That said, it works a treat and they blow me up big time!

    4 weeks put a fiar bit on me and kept most of gains, both muscle and fat lol.

    After 4 weeks the lethargy was ridiculous so i started PCT early

    I dont CLAIM to be a bodybuilder I AIM to be a bodybuilder!

    After 4 weeks the lethargy was ridiculous so i started PCT early


    I never seem to get lethargic, tend to feel really well and constantly hungry. Have never gone over 6 weeks and have always kept about 3 quarters of my gains.

    My las t cycle however i did start getting random nose bleeds after the 6 weeks. My blood pressure and everything is fine now though.

    Probably, but IMO constantly trimming and counteracting meds is a dangerous route to take. The reason I did a dbol only cycle was simplicity - if you start adding to it then perhaps other cycles are better suited for you.

    just what has worked best for me, enough mg for good gains but not high enough for sides to outweigh the gains, 4 weeks to minimize the effects on the liver, health wise.

    Your spot on mate, the reason im thinking of doing a dbol cycle is because of the simplicity factor. Oh well looks like il just have to put up with the minor sides of being tired, thats if i do decide to go ahead and take dbol.

    How much size did you put on mate, did you gain alot of fat to?

    I'm looking to do a 4-week cycle..I know you take on fat when on d-bol and have read that you can loss a lot of what you have gained. Is there any thing that helps keep the gains. I've read that you should drink 3+ litres of water on d-bol each day..Any suggestions on keeping gains??

    I know all about liver support and PCT..

    righto - the weight gains seem to be coming in bursts, but sometimes a kg per week. Some of this will be water, but not too much (I'm pretty tuned in to my body)

    I'd guestimate that my %bf has gone from 14% to 16% in a month. This is most noticeable on my love handles. I've ,lost my 6 pack except for first thing in the morning. In retuen, my shoulders look huge, and I've finally been able to develop my traps.

    Sides - headaches (mild). Some of these might be the noilva, to be fair. Irritability. I'm very sluggish in the mornings. Normally I'm bright and sparky by 6am, now I feel groggy at 9:00am. My appetite has crashed. Slight paranoia about health worries.
