Dead lift form critique please

I am really enjoying my deads recently.  I am seeing some nice progression.

Yesterday I pulled a double on 180 and a single on 190.  My PB 2 weeks ago was 180.

Can some one with knowledge see if I need to tweak anything.

Thanks. I am aware my hips move slightly first on the heavy sets. This an issue? How can I sort it?

You need to sink your butt a little lower and keep your chest out especially when you're squatted deep.  Then drive all the way through with your heels up otherwise you're going to end up with a lower lumbar injury.

I am guessing youre attempting sumo? if so you stance is not wide enough, youre not sitting down (not back) enough and it looks like youre on the sides of your feet... keep them flat and planted... thats just a quick look based on if youre trying sumo...
