Deadlift Training Progression Vids

Currently deep into a cut but ironically deads are flying, hit 260kg x 10 last week, 280kg x 6 with a spare today, looking to hit 300kg x 4/5 next week then double somewhere in the 315-320kg range then max around 335-340kg.

    This is the kind of thing I needed to see to get me motivated. Deadlifts tomorrow (sadly no where near as heavy as yourself) and get the buzz back for training

    This is the kind of thing I needed to see to get me motivated. Deadlifts tomorrow (sadly no where near as heavy as yourself) and get the buzz back for training

    Just need to get yourself back to it mate and find some goals to aim for :) one day at a time! Good luck with it.
