First of all I'm very new to deadlifts. I've done them twice so far ending with a weight of 315 pounds for 4 reps. I'm 6'1 195 pounds is that a decent starting weight for my size? My second question is how often should I do them? I know there is a strain on the nervous system and I was wondering how often I should do deadlifts. As of now, I do them every other back day which is about once every 10-12 days. Any input would be helpful.
