Deadlifts and Squats

guys I have a question.
I do deadlifts on back day
I do squats on leg day
there is a day of cardio between them. Is that ok?
or is it too soon for the lower back to recover?

what do u recon?

    looks ok /try it for a few workouts if you feel you,r recoverd then fine if not then maybe leave an extra day between them

    There is no way my prosterior chain would be fully recovered after only a one day gap.

    Say you train legs on Monday, do chest on Wednesday and then back on Friday, that way you have 3/4 days gap between both exercises.

    i agree at least put 3 days in between leg and dead day

    i do my dead's on a sunday and squats and a wednesday max recover time between them
