    It was interesting !! 
     
    so many lifters use gear that it skews what is realistic for lifters in their 40's 
     
    Always loved Steve Maxwell , right back from when i was into the kettlebells

    well much of what he says is interesting stuff. but
    most of it is horse ****. i have been training for over fifty years, and i can tell you he is talking bollocks.

    Some reasonable information some not so. Much of what, he, says is NOT backed by the latest studies or practice so he's misleading by using that approach.
