Decent shakers that don’t leak (read down)

Hi all. I currently use whey and maltodextrin to supplement my diet. I usually take both just before I leave for the gym, so I start working out about 15 mins after I’ve had the shake.

Is this ideal or should I be taking it earlier to allow more time to get into my system? Should they be taken together or at different times, i.e. does one supp get into your system quicker than the other?

As motorhead said. It would be good to have it before and after.

Yeah I take them after the gym too, but I take them as soon as I get home. I may in fact get a shaker so I can have them in the gym straight after working out as I like to spend some time swimming, etc. and therefore don’t get supps until at least 30 mins after workout (at which point I then lose my appetite).

    Know of any decent shakers?

I am considering the Maximuscle one which as apparently ‘guaranteed totally leak proof’ according to them.

Oh dear, sorry to hear that motorhead. I’ve just changed the title of this thread now as I’m curious to know if anyone knows of a decent shaker that doesn’t leak.

It seems there are 2 types of shaker, that the supps co's put there own stamp on. There is the screw top with the lid arm on a seperate flimsily attached little flap, and the pop top ones with the bigger stronger arm which is manufactured as one with the lid piece. If anyone can find me the holly grail that is a screw top with the long solid arm id be very appreciative!!!

I bought a myprotein one and it has not leaked once and it also travels with me to college in a rucksack.

Only about a quid as well.
