#1 sit back and recover, all well versed people take a week off/de-loading week now and again, for me, thats every 4-8weeks.
#2 get a better routine and oraginse that around your goals. realise that you will find it hard to gain quality muscle and lose fat at the same time
#3 fet your deit and recovery sorted, knowing how to help your body recover is one of the most important things you can learn
have fun, you should not go into the gym/use the gym to vent frustration or because you have to. you should WANT to! thats important. psychology is a big factor in sucsess at anything, this game is no different.
