Whiteboy - I have deleted our following posts to avoid speculation without being in posession of the full facts as this would be unfair to MyProtein.

The thread will remain open though to give MP an opportunity to respond to your query.

    Hi,

We do offer cheaper P&P for orders under 1kg, the protein bars issue was a bug in our system (as PB described) and has now been fixed - thanks for pointing it out! Please try again.

We do offer Bulk Discount on our 80g protein bars (we will be adding the same discount for 60g bars as well). I have just double-checked and it is offering the discount? Can you confirm what bar you are having problems with and I will get someone to look into it. I can assure you we aren't trying to con anyone. :)

    Thanks

PS: When did you email? We have replied to all emails up till 6pm.
