Re:Dextrose post workout while cutting?
Thanks for the advice guys, I'll keep the dextrose in then, for now atleast.
Morning cardio isn't an option for me unfortunatly, I have to do it PM after my weights session, I'll try and fit in 20 mins at lunch too though.
I like the idea of increasing cardio rather than drasticly reducing carbs, I feel terribly drained on few or no carbs which makes it hard to do my job.
I eat clean all the time really...I'll deffinatly try to be more consistant though, so its easier to see whats working or what isn't
