If you dont know what foods to eat, and your diets not already half decent, i wouldn't bother with the d-bol just yet. your only gonna lose everything when come off and you stop eating like the above mentioned...

    Weight: 94kg - Bench: 150kg - Squats: 180kg - Deadlift: 220kg - Clean & Press: 100kg...

1st if all its best not to do a dbol only cycle, most people that do dbol without anything else end up losing most of their gains afterwards. You should add some test enanthate to that if you want to keep any of your gains, here is a typical beginner cycle:

    weeks 1-6  dianabol 30mg/day
    weeks 1-12 test-e 500mg/week

make sure you have your pct sorted out....i hope you know what that means before embarking on a steroid course.

as to when to take them.....I once asked that in another forum and it ended up becoming a 10 page debate lol. Everyone has their own opinion and there are pros and cons to both sides. If you take them all at once for breakfast and then hit the gym you will get a bigger pump and probably a stronger workout. However the downside to this is that because the half-life of dbol is only a few hours the level in your body will drop down later in the day.

imho: Given that the main benifit of dbol is increased protein synthesis, it is important to keep the levels constant in the body, so ye i would take 2 with breakfast, 2 at lunch, 2 with last meal of day.

No 1 tablet at breakfast 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner- 30 mg is sufficient for a first cycle which is what most dbol tabs come in these days. but if their 5 mg then ok. Dbol is more than enough for a 1st cycle. People do keep gains if their diet and training are sufficient.

As above... d-bol's fine on own. i easy kept well over a stone 1st time used d-bol...

But unless he sorts a diet out, and i'd suggest doing that for a good few months 1st (i'm guessing you train already also). then its gonna end up being a waste of time when in 3 months he's the same size again as when he started...

I may be wrong and jumping to conclusion but it sounds like you HAVE no idea at the min so maybe steroids aren't the best... it reads to me - like me starting a thread saying i fancy doing the london marathon. Which energy drink is best so i can finish lol...

    Agree totally with lee.

Scott, forget steroids at this point. There are far more important variables that you need to nail.

The simple fact is that if you eat a greater number of calories than your body needs (for normal  functions + exercise expenditure) then you will store the excess as fat.

No-one can tell you how much you should be eating as it is individual. Until you are fully versed in what is required diet wise to:

    a) Lose fat whilst sparing muscle
    b) Have a rough idea on your own maintenance calorie requirements
    c) Know what sort of intake is needed to get bigger without storing too much fat

...then you should put the steroids aside.

    Just my opinion.
