Diet Advice Please :)

Just had a quick go at creating some kind of a decent diet for me and my brother.

I am 20 whilst he is 18 and we're both around 5ft11 and 12 stone.

Aims are to just have a better diet in general with no real aim for bulking or cutting at present, just maintenance.

Here it is:

Diet Plan:

Meal 1 (Wake Up / Breakfast):

Protein Shake (2 Scoops of Whey Protein)
2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast with 2 Eggs
1 Multi-Vitamin Pill
1 Omega Pill

Meal 2:

50/60G Wholemeal Pasta with 1 tin of Tuna.
1 Piece of Fruit (Banana, Apple, Orange etc)
1 Omega3 Pill

Meal 3:

2 Wholemeal Pittas with 2 Boiled Eggs and selection of Salad.
50G of Mixed Nuts
1 Multi-Vitamin

Meal 4 (PPWO):

Protein Shake (2 Scoops of Whey Protein, Banana, Teaspoon of Peanut Butter)

Meal 5 (PWO):

5G Creatine (Monohydrate) with 250ml of Water.
50/60G Wholemeal Pasta with 100/150G of Lean Mince Beef and pasta sauce.

Meal 6:

125G Cottage Cheese
1 Slice of Wholemeal Toast with Peanut Butter
1 Omega Pill


I know it lacks veg but just not sure where to put it.

Also, will be taking two multi-vitamins a day and 3 Omega 3 Pills.

Any advice?

    Breakfast seems quite heavy on protein.

    Meal 3 - Add slightly more protein here.

    PWO - Lose the peanut butter

    1 Multi-Vitamin Pill
    1 Omega Pill
    Meal 3:

    2 Wholemeal Pittas with 2 Boiled Eggs and selection of Salad.
    Protein Shake (1 Scoop of Whey Protein in 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk)
    50G of Mixed Nuts
    1 Multi-Vitamin

    Is this better?

    Dropped the eggs from the breakfast.

    Added 25G of Whey Protein and 250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk into Meal 3.

    Dropped the peanut butter from PPWO.

    I'd keep the eggs for breakfast and reduce the whey.

    Would it not be possible to add 150g of chicken breast to meal 3 rather than a shake?

    25G of whey at breakfast good you think and put the eggs back in?

    Yeah could add Chicken Breast to Meal 3 quite easily.

    Would you recommend having one Pitta with the eggs and another with the chicken?

    It's just the eggs and chicken seems a bit much I think?

    Take the Protein Shake out of Meal 3 and use the chicken and keep the eggs then?

    At meal 3 just add some chicken with the eggs, yes.

    Is the rest of the diet decent then?

    I know it lacks oily fish as well. Thats because my brother doesn't like it and won't eat it at all.

    Me personallly I don't mind at all so will most likely substitute the Chicken with Salmon every few days or with Meal 5, replace the Pasta with Salmon, Brocollia, Cauliaflower and Rice?
